If you’re having problems with Secure Email, Secure Chat or Secure Voice, the application cache may be corrupted. To clear the application cache, follow the instructions. Steps vary slightly depending on the Android version:
On Secure Phone and devices running a version lower than Android 6.0:
- Open Settings. Under Device, tap Apps.
- Locate the app and tap to open the App info.
- Tap Clear Cache.
On Android version 6.0 and above:
- Open Settings. Under Applications, tap Application Manager.
- Locate the app in Application Manager and open to display App Info.
- Tap Storage.
- Tap CLEAR CACHE.
