Incognito Mode is a special feature to avoid intruders. It disguises your Secure Phone as a regular smartphone by showing a fake home screen with decoy apps. In Incognito Mode, all installed apps and wireless connections are turned off.
Enter Incognito Mode
There are two ways to activate Incognito Mode: from the Emergency Center or from the Lock screen:
Activate Incognito Mode from the Lock screen
- Enter four all the same characters instead of your lock screen PIN/password.
- Draw a diagonal instead of your screen lock pattern.
In case your current PIN/password consists of all the same digits/letters, enter any other combination of four identical characters to activate Incognito Mode. Note, that we, at Secure Group, do not recommend using all the same or consecutive digits in your passwords as they are easy to break.
Activate Incognito Mode from Emergency Center
- Swipe up from the bottom of the Home or the Status screen to enter the Emergency Center.
- Tap Incognito Mode.
Exit Incognito Mode
To exit Incognito Mode, lock the device and then unlock it using your real PIN/password/pattern.
