This article will explain how to send bug reports (logs) in Secure Email. The app has an integrated bug report form that allows users to submit detailed problem explanations. Be sure to provide a detailed, step-by-step description of the problem for fast and adequate help.
- Open the navigation drawer and select Contact Us.
- Fill in the Subject and select Bug Report from the Category menu.
- Do not remove the attached file. The “Attach log file” option is enabled by default; it automatically attaches a log file to your message. Note that the log file and your message are the primary sources of information about your issue.
- Enter your message text.
- When ready, tap Send.
