This article will demonstrate how to report a bug/problem with Secure SIM from your Secure Phone device. Follow the steps below to send a SIM log report.
- Open the Policy Manager app. Swipe through the screens until you find SIM info.
- Tap LOG to open the SIMLogger screen.
- To open the bug report form, tap SEND LOG.
Notice that the subject is prefilled automatically with your Secure Phone ID (email). Describe the problem in the Message field, and tap SEND LOG.
- A new email to firstname.lastname@example.org will be automatically generated with the SIM log report. Tap Send.
